Supporting Customers Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic

COVID-19 is presenting the entire Globe with a huge challenge to overcome - emotionally, economically and practically.
With many of our customers servicing industries critical to the Nation’s COVID-19 response (including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, food+beverage and utilities), we know it is our duty to standby and support them as they keep the national infrastructure moving.
To help protect our team, we have transitioned as many of our internal sales personnel as possible to remote working whilst ensuring that product availability and technical support are not affected.
There When You Need Us
Whilst many of our staff are now working remotely, our ability to support customers and provide realtime information remains unaffected - in short:
- All of our branches remain open - see our opening hours here
- Our technical engineers remain available as normal to support customers
- Our team is proactively working with customers to address their needs
- We are identifying and prioritising customers directly responding to the threat from COVID-19
Stock & Support
Our stock was second to none before this crisis, so we are better prepared to support customers with the products they need now. You can check our stock levels online or by contacting any of our branches to discuss your requirements.
Many continental manufacturers and suppliers have shutdown or moved to reduced working to help combat the virus. The shockwave to the supply chain that this will cause has not yet hit, but we are ready to support our customers and to help them make it through any unexpected requirements.
Deliveries & Collections
Our team of delivery drivers continue to ensure customers who need components get them on time and in the right condition. Where necessary we have increased the use of carriers to ensure customers get what they need on time.
To help protect our drivers and customers, we have moved to non-contact delivery where possible.
If you're requirements are urgent, we are still able to offer collections at any of our nationwide branches - please let us know when placing your order that you would like to collect and we will let you know when your goods are ready.
