2A-M Heavy Duty Ring Terminal
Heavy Duty Ring Terminal, Without Inspection Hole, With Long Neck, For Copper Conductors


2A-M series terminals are made from electrolytic copper pipe of greater than 99.9% purity. They are the ideal choice for grounding structures and equipment indoors or outdoors and also for medium-voltage applications up to 35 kV. Due to the annealing and electrolytic tinning process, the connectors are easier to compress and more resistant to mechanical stress. The collar is provided with a chamfer to facilitate insertion of the conductor into the terminal and to avoid stretching of the elementary wires. The absence of the inspection hole helps prevent the infiltration of moisture and dirt in outdoor use. The size of the collar is such that the terminal can be pressed repeatedly without reducing its strength capacity.
