- Never to sell data - we never have and NEVER WILL sell a customers information to anyone else
- Only what's needed - in order to fulfil a customers order we will only ever share the absolute mininum data required (contact name, contact number and delivery address)
- Customers in control - our customers have the right to request all data we keep on them at anytime...and have it deleted if desired
GDPR
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) imposes obligations onto organisations anywhere, so long as they target or collect data related to people in the EU.
It enshrines in law protetion for an individuals personal data and ensures that organisations which handle that data have robust procedures in place as to how that data is stored, accessed and shared.
If we ask you for personal information we will:
- Be clear - make sure you know why we need this information
- Be cautious - only ask for information that we need
- Be careful - ensure only those appropriate have access to it
- Be considerate - store your information securely
- Be clean - only keep your information for as long as we need to
