PMA is a brand owned by ABB, who are a leading company in power and automation technologies. PMA were established in 1975 and have been developing, manufacturing and distributing cable protection systems, eventually becoming a world market leader.

They have a range of over 6,500 products for use in many sectors such as railways, mechanical engineering and shipbuilding worldwide.

PMA have their headquarters in Switzerland, as well as their research and development department. They have a workforce of around 170 employees worldwide and have distribution and sales offices in Germany, UK, France, Spain, Austria, Italy and USA.
