Ethernet module with 4 inputs from thermoresistances and 8 digital inputs/outputs
The R-4RTD-8DIDO-P mixed digital module features two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports and supports Profinet communication. Like all models in the R Series, it is designed to meet flexible cabling requirements, limited installation space, and high I/O density applications with integrated Ethernet networking.
The R-4RTD-8DIDO-P offers 4 thermoresistance inputs and 8 digital channels, each individually configurable as a digital input or output. Configuration is via a web server with HTML5 support, DIP switches, and the Profinet development environment. The IP address, MAC address, and firmware version associated with the module can be identified or configured on the LAN using the SDD (Seneca Discovery Device) tool. The module can be connected in Ethernet daisy chain mode with fault bypass to ensure Ethernet connectivity even if a module in the chain fails.
